Lily Weightlifting and Oly Concepts have teamed up to bring you a Summer Training Camp. This weightlifting camp is an incredible opportunity for athletes looking to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in the sport. The 3 day camp will train Friday night, 3 sessions on Saturday and conclude Sunday with a team max out session. This camp is gear for athletes with prior experience in Olympic style Weightlifting.
One of the most valuable aspects of this Weightlifting camp is the access to experienced coaches. Coaches Danny Camargo and Jeff Pillars expertise, personalized attention, and support provides athletes with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to elevate their performance.
The combination of expert coaching, structured training, and a supportive community creates an ideal environment for significant improvement and will be a challenging, informative and fun experience.
